I see why so many people rave about the Vita-mix… seriously, it made an amazing smoothie! Perfect smooth and creamy consistency and I didn’t have to add any water! In my old blender, I absolutely had to have lots of water or juice or it wouldn’t blend at all. I am sure that this is one of the reasons I had trouble digesting the green smoothies I used to make. (Well, that and the fact that the smoothies weren’t blended properly.)

Here’s a couple of photos of the first smoothie I made:

OK, it might not look appetizing – it’s brownish green, but it’s delicious, I assure you. :-)

Ingredients:

  • frozen strawberries (180 grams)
  • 1 banana
  • pineapple (160 grams)
  • 2 kale leaves
  • blueberries (50 grams)

Now for the bad news… I have another mouse. Yep. Not happy about that.

oh, THAT’s a vitamix? I think my mom has one of those–and she loves it! uses it every day. LOL.
Drink doesn’t look tasty, but it SOUNDS tasty. :)
