I don&#039;t want to be a Debbie Downer, your eating and exercise look great! You sound like you&#039;re on your way, I just hope your diet is going as well for you mentally as it is physically. Just speaking from personal experience, it wasn&#039;t until I stopped counting and threw away my &#039;deadlines&#039; that I finally lost the 6 measly lbs I had been at war with for years.

By the way, ever tried quinoa? I just tried it the other day and it&#039;s the new brown rice as far as I&#039;m concerned. For about 150 cal you get almost twice the volume of rice, plus 5 g fiber and 5 g protein. It&#039;s the only plant food with all of the essential amino acids too. It&#039;s like rice, but round and a little crunchy. Smells kind of funky when you cook it, but it tastes great. Sorry, I promise I&#039;m not a quinoa salesperson, I&#039;m just sort of in love with it right now. :P
