Wow

Somehow I lost 2.5 pounds overnight!

I had to get on and off the scale three times to believe my eyes…

I have weighed myself every morning upon waking up for the past few days. So it can’t just be a fluke.

    I heard that alcohol slows your metabolism. Maybe yours is getting a jump start!

    Hey Rian - have you ever tried myfooddiary.com? You might like it. You punch in everything you eat and it tracks your calories, carbs, fat, protein, and other nutrients. Helpful for someone who is already taking the time to track all of that anyway–it might save you some time!
