Staying Positive
March 26th, 2008 by Rian | Filed under Miscellaneous.I am tired of complaining about not feeling well and being negative. It really doesn’t serve a purpose. So I deleted my last two posts. Instead, I’ll just reveal only the positive things: I lost a pound on the scale since yesterday.
Oh, and that my as* is shrinking by the day. As are my thighs… I finally measured them and they have gone down an additional half inch.
That’s something to cheer about.
Anyway, I’m hitting the gym tomorrow no matter how bad I feel. I always start feeling crappy when I up my gym regime. Always. But lots of vitamin C and plenty of bed rest has kept me from fully getting sick since last Nov/Dec. Although yes, I’ve complained many times SINCE then that I was coming down with something… it usually went away within a couple of days of taking it easy.
OK, off to bed with a good book once again! (Where I have been for the past several hours).

Have you been eating and drinking enough? Probably drinking, but I’ve noticed you sometimes have a habit of not eating quite enough because you’re not hungry or something… and I know I always feel really crappy if I up exercise without eating.
What book are you reading? Anything good? I need some suggestions–I have a long plane ride ahead of me
Sam, I probably haven’t been eating enough. As of today I’ve begun logging everything I eat again so I can keep track.
SawSaw, I was reading a Hollywood chick lit novel called “The First Assistant” by Clare Naylor. Very cute, light and amusing. Not sure if you are a chick lit fan or not though. If you are into diet and/or health books, check out “21 Pounds in 21 Days”. It will make you scared to eat or drink anything ever again!
