Dear PMS,

I hate you. Why must you make me constantly hungry - even after having just finished a meal?

    Have you done any reading about PMS? If not, I highly recommend that you do. You may find that by dealing with the PMS you will overcome the weight-related concerns.
    The cravings to eat are related to hormones and NOT to lack of discipline. Don’t feel guilty or angry - just learn how to deal with this time of the month. Take it from me - I have been dealing with the symptoms for the past seven years and have found the foods that trigger me during those times.
    I would start by tracking your menstrual cycle along with your food patterns. I guess I won’t go into any detail as you may already know about this subject.
