The Healthiest (And Lowest Calorie) Breakfast Ever!

January 7th, 2008 by Rian | Filed under Miscellaneous.

I just had to share this breakfast “recipe” with you all, as it’s something I have been eating almost every morning now. It’s chock full of vitamins and fiber, fills you up and is only 85 calories!

Ingredients:
4 fresh blackberries (5 cals)
5 fresh raspberries (5 cals)
5 fresh blueberries (5 cals)
1/4 cup of fiber one (30 cals)
1 dannon light & fit yogurt (smaller version, 40 calories)

Directions:
Mix together in a bowl and enjoy!

Total calories: 85 (or 90 depending on flavor of yogurt)
Fiber: 10 grams (estimated)
Protein: 4 or 5 grams
Sugar: Less than 10 grams

It’s hard to believe you can pack such a healthy punch with so few calories but… you can!
