Note to Self

Screw the scale, overnight my pants no longer fit. It’s past the point of them hitching or sliding down. Now, they are just too big.
I am happy to report this.
That’s all for now - still sticking to my chicken noodle soup, lemon yogurt and toast diet!

Don’t worry Rian, I went through the same thing last year before I went from 160 to 125lbs, I worked out like a mad woman, I logged every bite I took into my mouth down to a nibble of someone elses cheeseburger but was not losing scale wise. I weighed myself one day and was down a whole 5lbs and it was all down hill from there! Are you weighing everyday or every other day? I think it is best to weigh once a week, same day, same time so you have a schedule and youll be extra good the day or two before weighin and the great poundage loss will be more encouraging. Keep positive, because even if you aren’t losing lbs everything your doing is good for you!

Kyle, I will not be touching alcohol until I am within 10 pounds of my goal weight. It was the main reason for my gain in the first place…
Ashley, I weigh every day for a while, then I go a few days without. I won’t give up on this… I hope what happened to you will happen to me!
