Going Back to Low Carb

I’m going back to do a semi-low carb plan starting today (Wednesday).

I have a doctor’s appt. early tomorrow morning - 8am. I’ll report back here what he/she has to say about my health and/or weight, bp, etc. I wonder if he/she will tell me I need to lose weight. If so, I will tell he/she that I have been trying very hard and can they please prescribe me something to speed up the results.

For some odd reason, they sealed the envelope in the ER room that I need to take to the Internal Medicine doctor. They said it has to be sealed when I bring it to the clinic or they won’t see me.

I wonder why. Perhaps there is some sort of thing they don’t want me know about…? Which doesn’t make sense, I’m the patient.

Oh well.
