Quick Update
October 13th, 2007 by Rian | Filed under Miscellaneous.The scale is finally moving down. I have spent all week exercising every single day and eating very lightly.
Belly bulge is on its way out again.
I’ve been eating these foods for the most part: eggs, low-cal bread, chicken, veggies, sunflower seeds, popcorn, carrot sticks, cottage cheese, yogurt and Kashi cereal.
