I Am Noticing a Difference

I still haven’t weighed myself, but today as I was getting dressed, I am definitely noticing a difference. I have this pair of pants that I’ve been practically living in since most of my other ones don’t fit. Anyway, the pants are looser in both the thigh and stomach area, plus when I turn sideways in front of the mirror, I no longer look 10 months pregnant. More like 4 now. (Haha, of course I am exaggerating).

Somebody asked if I would write down what I eat each day so they could do the diet with me. I will do my best! I don’t want to write it down on the days I cheat though. So this is what I had Friday:

B- Cantaloupe

2nd B - 2 strawberry waffles, sugar free syrup, spray butter, glass of blueberry juice

3rd B - bowl of Kashi cereal

L - Pork roast (no carbs), cheese cubes (no carbs), salad with blue cheese (5 carbs or so)

D - Eggbeaters (ham and cheese) (no carbs), tuna (no carbs), diet coke

Before bed - few bites of cottage cheese

Then yesterday, I cheated a bit, and had:

B - Blueberry juice/cantaloupe

B - waffles

B - cereal

I had a few drinks at the bar… don’t ask what, it was bad. Then went to my friend’s house, had:

D - Chicken, few shots of Goldschlager (which has sugar in it)

Before bed - cheese cubes

1/2 hour of a Level 5 workout - my legs were hurting afterwards! My diet would have been fine had I not been drinking. Oh well.

Today so far, I’ve had:

B - Waffles

B - Cereal

L - I’m going shortly with some friends to a sandwich/pub place and will have a half glass of beer and a half sandwich. It’ll be a light, veggie sandwich with cheese, I think.

That’s it so far! Later on tonight I’ll have salad, chicken and cheese for my dinner. I plan to do a workout when I get home from the sandwich place, which I will be walking home from. It’s about a 15 minute brisk walk.

    Is this the same diet you were talking about before? Approximately how many pounds and dress sizes did you loose last time you did this type of diet, and how long did it take you?

    Very good of you for feeling the difference in you.. even if u wont loose weight up till now keep up the good work ..i know last time last May i started the diet + workout plan and it took me 3 months to get the continuous weight loss i mean loosing 2 lbs or more every week . but i started noting the difference in myself just after 2 weeks it was just frustrating for me that weight wasn’t coming off quickly by i was loosing by inches. So don’t get upset even if there is no change in the weight..

    wouldn’t the cereal, waffles, and juice blow the low carb-motif and make the fattening proteins later in the day…fattening?
