My BMI
March 18th, 2007 by Rian | Filed under Miscellaneous.Ugh, just a quick post. I badly need to weigh myself. I think I’m going to Wal-mart today to get a scale.
Last I checked, I weighed about 160. At 5′5″, my BMI would be 26.7. Which is clearly overweight.
I will post later tonight after I have re-weighed myself, as I’m positive I’ve lost a couple of pounds at least.



Hi, I’m not exactly sure how I came across this website, but I really like it. Its brave of you to post your weight and your progress (or even lack of, sometimes) out there for all the world to see. I would love to do the same but I’m too chicken…I can see how it would be a good motivator though. Keep up the good work, and let us know how you’re doing!

I’m glad you’re doing this website, because I’m trying to lose weight also. I know, its hard to admit that you’re overweight because you eat too much. I’m the same way. I’ll stay on a diet throughout the week, and then on weekends I end up eating all the junkfood, and sugar, and it ruins my diet. I gained 2-3 pounds this weekend! But, I can lose it again in a week. . . at least I have before. Right now, I’m a size 8, and I weigh 130. I really want to lose weight before my cousin’s wedding in May. It is nice to know I’m not the only one trying to diet/exercise and eat right.
Yesterday, I jogged for 30 minutes. It didn’t help though because of all the junk I ate.
